Determination of detergent properties of the inhibitor was performed in a special certified laboratory located in Europe. Detergent properties of the inhibitor DEFENDER-4215.5 were determined in a biphasic system “oil-water” (1:50) in relation to solid paraffin grade wax, as well as oil in relation to hard deposits, sampled in the reservoir No. 745 (volume - 100 000 m3) of the production unit No. 6 (commercial oil production unit) of one of the oil refinery plants located in Eastern Europe. Detergent properties were determined by a specially developed method, which is an applicable regulatory act for oil and natural gas industry of the country. Detergency endpoint was determined based on the results obtained in a series of not less than three or four experiments, for which quantitative indicators were calculated for each sample in each experiment, and the arithmetical average of all identical evaluations was inserted in the detergency calculation formula. Determination of detergent power of the inhibitor DEFENDER-4215.5 in a biphasic system The defined detergent power of the inhibitor DEFENDER-4215.5, at a concentration of 10 ppm in a biphasic system in relation to solid paraffin wax comprises 74%, and at a concentration of 30 ppm - 99% for 1 hour. Determination of washing off effectiveness of the corrosion inhibitor DEFENDER-4215.5 in oil |
Dosage: 10-30 ppm (depending on the type of pipeline and fluid parameters). Object problems: large amount of asphalt, resin, and paraffin, mechanical, argillaceous-sandy and other types of deposits. Inhibitor: DEFENDER-4215.5. |
