As this year's International Geography & History Conference in London in October is getting closer, the organization group published an invitation for a new panel during the conference. Young people who are interested in geography and history are welcome to join the conference for the first time in history as well. Primarily whole school classes may attend the event together with their geography or history teachers. The subject will be: Present one city in your country of your choice and one English city and their development. Address the reasons, consequences, as well as possible problems and solutions. Don't forget a brief outline of your cities' future. Applications can be submitted until 30th of August 2015. We're looking forward to seeing you there!
"We're thrilled to open the world of geography and history to younger people as well", said the director of the International Geography and History Conference Society James Last. "We're all excited which new insights this age group can bring to our proficiencies." |
