South Africa
South Africa is one of the modes richest countries in the world. Alone in the Kruger National Park living more than 147 mammal species, 500 bird types and also about 114 modes of reptiles, 49 species of fish and 34 species of amphibians. But the Kruger National Park is not the only one, more than 19 parks have South Africa. The Most, but not so well-known park, the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, is with its size (38000 km²), almost twice as large as the Kruger National Park (19,000 km²). Furthermore, the diversity of the plants is formidable. With over 20,000 plant species - around 10% of all plants in the world - South Africa has an extremely diverse flora. Only 1 percent of the area of South Africa are covered with forests, almost exclusively in the rainy shores of the Indian Ocean and the adjacent middle elevations of the edge threshold Mountains. The majority of South Africa is grasslands.
